O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to register an FIR on the basis of the direction given by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arupukottai in Cr.M.P.No.781 of 2019 dated 23.07.2019 followed by the petitioner's complaint dated 06.09.2018.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that pursuant to the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai in Cr.M.P.No.781 of 2019, dated 23.07.2019, the second respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.18 of 2020 for the offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002. However, the error has occurred in the FIR as if the First Information Report has been registered pursuant to the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1501 of 2020. He would further submit that the FIR has been registered only pursuant to the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai in Cr.M.P.NO.781 of 2019, dated 23.07.2019.
