ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) The petitioner has approached this Court alleging disobedience of the order of this Court dated 26.10.2023 made in W.P.(MD)No.25931 of 2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as directed by this Court vide order dated 26.10.2023, the petitioner had paid a sum of Rs.5 lakhs in three instalments on 30.10.2023, 28.11.2023 and 28.12.2023, respectively. However, the respondent bank has issued the e-auction sale notice dated 08.01.2024.

3. When the contempt petition was taken up for hearing on 30.01.2024, considering the proposal of the respondent bank, the learned counsel for the petitioner agreed to settle the entire outstanding amount in instalments.

4.The learned counsel for the respondent bank fairly submitted before this Court that sufficient time will be granted to the petitioner for settling the entire outstanding amount in instalments. 5.In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed.
