O R D E R

1.This petition has been filed seeking transfer of the suit in O.S.No.134 of 2019 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Melur to the file of the learned Additional District Munsif Court, Karaikudi.

2.On the side of the petitioner it is stated that the petitioner has to take care of her 9 years old female child, who is studying in 3rd standard and she has to take care of her aged parents and that she is not in a position to travel upto Madurai to attend the Court and prayed the Suit in O.S.No.134 of 2019 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Melur to be transferred to the file of the learned Additional District Munsif Court, Karaikudi.

3.The reasons stated by the petitioner are satisfactory. No prejudice will be caused to the respondent. Hence, O.S.No.134 of 2019 is withdrawn from the file of the learned District Munsif, Melur and is transferred to the learned Additional District Munsif Court, Karaikudi. The learned District Munsif, Melur, is directed to transmit the entire records in O.S.No.134 of 2019 to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

TR C.M.P (MD) No.53 of 2020 learned Additional District Munsif Court, Karaikudi. The learned Additional District Munsif Court, Karaikudi, is hereby, directed to issue fresh summon to the respondent after the case is transferred and renumbered.

4.With the above the directions, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
