ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who are arrayed as accused apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for an alleged offence punishable under Sections (*)498(A), 294(b) and 506(i) and 494 IPC in Crime No.11 of 2014, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the de facto complainant is that the petitioners have demanded dowry from the de facto complainant and also threatened her with dire consequences.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are an innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that as per the order of this Court, passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.20217 of 2014, dated 06.04.2015, co-accused were already granted anticipatory bail.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) vehemently opposed for granting of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the co-accused were already released on bail, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
6.
