Prayer in CMP(MD). 6182/ 2016 :

To condone the delay of 157 days in re-presenting the above REV.APLC.(MD).SR.No.55983/2015 and thus render justice. PRAYER IN REV.APLC(MD)No.55983/2015:- to review the order passed CRP(MD)No.816 of 2005 dated 14.09.2015 and pass such further order or orders as this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. T.ANTONY ARUL RAJ, Advocate for the petitioner in all the petitions and the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
