ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.SESUBALAN RAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.VADIVEL, Advocate for R1 the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed praying to extend the time to comply with the conditional order, dated 27.07.2017, passed in C.M.
