ORDER

This petition has been filed to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 14.02.2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on 12.02.2018 at about 08.00 am., the proposed accused persons illegally tried to put a thatched shed in the petitioner's property. The petitioner questioned the same and at that time the proposed accused persons torn the cloths of the petitioner and also assaulted her in a public view and also criminally intimidated her. Hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 14.02.2018, but sofar, no action has been taken. 3.The learned Government Advocate has submitted that on previous occasion one complaint was given by the petitioner herein and the same was closed on 27.01.2018, after enquiry and thereafter, another complaint was sent by the petitioner, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

14.02.2018 and the said complaint is pending for enquiry before the second respondent.

4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
