ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for punishing the respondent for having not obeyed the order of this Court dated 06.11.2019 passed in W.P.(MD) No.23411 of 2019.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order has been duly complied with by the respondent in Na.Ka.No.7892/A2/A4/2019-2, dated 26.08.2020 and a copy of the order passed has also been produced before this Court. The learned Government Advocate further submitted that the said copy of the order dated 26.08.2020 has also been communicated to the petitioner through registered post.
