ORDER

Heard Mr.M.Prabu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Ghandiraj, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for respondents 1 to 3.

2. In view of the nature of the order passed, I am not issuing notice to the fourth respondent.

3. It appears that, relating to a dispute regarding patta / transfer of patta with respect to the lands in Survey No.169/1, Melanambipuram Village, Ettayapuram Taluk, Thoothukudi District, an inquiry is pending before the third respondent / the Tahsildar, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.1338 of 2022 Ettayapuram Taluk, Thoothukudi District. It is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had appeared for the inquiry. The third respondent had also issued notice to the fourth respondent.

4. If the inquiry had been concluded and orders have been passed, let a copy of the order be served on the parties to the inquiry, more particularly to the petitioner herein. If the inquiry had not been completed, then the inquiry should be completed and necessary orders should be passed on or before 28.02.2022.

5. With the said observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
