ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This application is for stay of the operation of the order dated 02.02.2016 passed in IA.No.34 of 2014 in OA.No.3 of 2004 on the file of Special Court for TNPID Act Cases, Madurai, Which is the order revising attachment. If the petitioner succeeds in the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, the attachment will date back to the original date and hence, I see no ground for grant of stay. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
