ORDER

This criminal original petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute which has been seized before the Hon'ble Additional District Munsif Court, Sivagangai in O.S.No.40 of 2025 and not to harass the petitioner at the instigation of the third respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that F.I.R in Crime No.2 of 2026 was registered against the petitioner.

3. Directing the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance to the Code of Criminal Procedure, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
