ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 25.01.2018.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the proposed accused persons have committed offences under Sections 294(b), 498A, 406, 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act and hence, she lodged a complaint before the first respondent on 25.01.2018 and the same was forwarded to the second respondent and thereafter CSR.No.12 of 2018 has been issued. He further submitted that the second respondent has forwarded the said complaint to the District Social Welfare Officer and the District Social Welfare Officer after conducting enquiry, has submitted a report to the second respondent on 19.03.2018. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that sofar the second respondent has not received any report from the District Social Welfare Officer. He further submitted that after receipt of the said report, the second respondent will take appropriate action in accordance with law.

4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to verify whether the District Social Welfare Officer has already forwarded the report recommending for registering case and if any such report is received then, the second respondent has to verify the said report and take appropriate action in accordance with law, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
