ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 29.01.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is doing business in Cotton and Cashew nuts and in order to store the aforesaid materials, the petitioner has approached the proposed accused and paid a sum of Rs.1,60,000/-. The proposed accused has not made any arrangement for providing go-down and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint, but sofar, no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, CSR.No.22 of 2018 has been issued and enquiry has been conducted and it was closed on 02.02.2018 as the dispute is civil in nature. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy which is available under the law. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS-I) /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar To
