ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 19.02.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the respondents 3 and 4 are husband and wife and they are wellwishers of the petitioner. While so, in order to get a Government job for the third respondent, the respondents 3 and 4 approached the petitioner on 14.08.2015 and made a request to pay a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- and accordingly, the petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- and subsequently, he paid another sum of Rs.1,00,000/- and totally the petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- and when the petitioner demanded the said amount, they refused to repay the said amount. lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 19.02.2018, but sofar, no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, CSR.No.119 of 2018 has been issued and the complaint is pending for enquiry before the second respondent. 4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observation, the civil revision petition is disposed of.
