ORDER

The present transfer civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the wife seeking to transfer H.M.O.P.No.3622 of 2022 filed by the 1/4

respondent herein on the file of the 1st Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai, to the file of the Family Court, Madurai.

2. Though the respondent/husband has been served, there is no appearance either in person or through counsel. The name of the respondent is also printed in the cause list.

3. Considering the above, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. H.M.O.P.No.3622 of 2022 is directed to be transferred from 1st Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai and to transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Madurai. The Family Court, Madurai shall endeavour to complete the proceedings preferably within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
