ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for speedy trial of the case in CC No.1585 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai.

2. Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. Without going into the merits of this case, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, is directed to dispose of the case in CC No.1585 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
