This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry at the instigation of the third respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that petition enquiry is pending.

4. Considering the rival submission made on either side, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed not to harass the petitioner by following the procedure contemplated under D.K.Basu Vs. State of West Bengal reported in AIR (1997) SC 610.
