Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to surrender of the petitioner before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi, Ramanathapuram District, as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19700 of 2021.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner could not surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned and produce the sureties and also to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- to CMPRF within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
