ORDER : The Court made the following order :- 1/4

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 303 of BNS 2023, in Crime No.Not Known of 2026 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that when the de-facto complainant travelling in the train, she found that the gold jewels were missing. Thereafter, the defacto complainant gave a complaint to the Respondent police and FIR was registered in Crime No.Not known of 2026, for the above offence. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offences as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to abide by any conditions which may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he seeks anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 2/4

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. side) on instructions, submitted that in Railway police, there is no such case is pending against the petitioner.

5. The said statement is recorded. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
