O R D E R

This petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register a case on the complaint of the eptitioner dated 23.07.2015 in accordance with law and to file a report within specified period prescribed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint on 23.07.2015, but, the respondent has not registered a case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this application for a direction directing the respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 23.07.2015.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit the respondent has received the complaint of the petitioner dated 09.07.2015 and the same is pending in C.S.R.No.222 of 2015.

5. Considering the rival submissions made on both sides, the respondent shall conduct preliminary enquiry and follow the dictum laid down in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)] and register a case if any cognizable offence is made out.

6. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
