ORDER

The petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to erect thorn fence around the petitioner's property admeasuring 15 cents comprised in S.No.80/2A now 80/3 of Adappanvayal (Iraivan Nagar), Pudukottai Taluk, Pudukottai District. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the dispute is civil in nature between the petitioner and the respondent 3 to 10. It is also stated that the matter is pending before the Civil Court. Therefore, only after obtaining the order of the Civil Court, the police can give protection in tune with the order of the civil Court.

3.Therefore with the liberty to the petitioner to agitate the matter before the civil Court and approach the official respondents only after any 2/4

order or decree which is granted by the civil Court, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
