O R D E R

This petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 27.07.2015 in accordance with law and to file a report within specified period prescribed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint on 27.07.2015, but, the respondent has not registered a case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this application for a direction directing the respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 27.07.2015.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit the second respondent has received the complaint of the petitioner dated 27.07.2015 and the same is pending in C.S.R.No.233 of 2015.

5. As per the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)], https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the second respondent shall conduct preliminary enquiry within 7 days and register a case if any cognizable offence is made out. 6.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
