O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to transfer the above case in Crime No.252 of 2015 under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 307, 397, 506(ii) and 379(NH) IPC from the first respondent to CBCID police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3. The alleged occurrence is said to have taken place on 02.07.2015 and the case has been registered on the same day and the respondent has not shown any interest and further, the Assistant Commissioner is colluded with Joseph Jebastin and hence, the petitioner prays for transfer of investigation.

4. Considering the facts that the investigation is done by the Inspector of Police and further more, the case has been registered on 02.07.2015, this petition is devoid of merits and the same is dismissed as premature.
