O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 25.08.2017.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on 04.08.2017 the proposed accused person abused the petitioner and criminally intimidated him by using his caste name and also attacked him. Hence, a complaint was lodged on 25.08.2017, but sofar, no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed on 27.10.2017 itself.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of and the second respondent is directed to inform the petitioner, within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order with regard to the closure of his complaint.
