ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as the sole accused in Crime No.84 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 03.07.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 417, 376 and 506(i) of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail. 2.This Court already granted interim bail to the petitioner on 14.08.2015.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the accused has married the victim on 07.09.2015. Both the de-facto complainant and the accused are present before this Court and the Investigating Officer is also present before this Court.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the interim bail already granted by this Court on 14.08.2015 to the petitioner, is made absolute.
