ORDER
This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 25.01.2018.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that based on the complaint, the First Information Report has been registered in Crime No.41 of 2018 under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC.
3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
