This petition is filed to set aside the final report in RC.No.15 of 2014 submitted by the second respondent in connection with the case in Crime No.71 of 2014 before the first respondent to depute a competent police officer to further investigate the case in Crime No.71 of 2014 in a fair and proper manner. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation in Crime No.71 of 2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent has been completed and the same has also been closed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on 30.06.2014 as 'Mistake of Fact'.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the second respondent is directed to issue RCS notice to the petitioner. After receiving the RCS notice, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition before the appropriate Court.
