This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to forthwith execute the non bailable warrant dated 30.10.2013 issued in STC.No.553 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Melur.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, would submit that the Non Bailable Warrant issued against the petitioner was executed by the second respondent on 09.09.2014.
