This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioners in the light of interference with the family dispute.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that there is neither a case is registered nor petition enquiry is pending against the petitioners and hence, there is no harassment by the respondent police.

4.Recording the said submission, this petition is closed. Consequently, connected M.P. is also closed.
