ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 24.01.2018.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the proposed accused due to land dispute, eve-teased the petitioner, outraged her modesty, scolded with filthy language and threatened with dire consequences. Hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 24.01.2018, but so far, no action has been taken. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, C.S.R.No.69 of 2018 has been issued and the enquiry is still pending.

cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
