Prayer: Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the second respondent to file a final report in respect of Crime No.777 of 2015 under Section 420 of IPC registered by the respondent police dated 31.10.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.777 of 2015 at early.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the second respondent has registered a case on 31.10.2015 in Crime No.777 of 2015 for the offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC, but sofar, a final report has not been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the investigation is in progress and three months time may be granted for filing a final report.

4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
