This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a charge sheet in Crime No.172 of 2017. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after investigation, the case has been referred as 'Mistake of Fact' and the report also has been filed to that effect before the concerned Judicial Magistrate. He further submitted that RCs notice was also served to the petitioner.

3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
