This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the I Additional District Munsif Court, Nagercoil to dispose the suit in O.S.No.92 of 2022.

2. The respondent herein is the plaintiff in the suit in 1/3

O.S.No.92 of 2022. The revision petitioner, who is the defendant in the suit seeking early disposal of the suit.

3. Since the suit has been filed only in the year 2022, the petitioner can approach the concerned itself for speed disposal. There is no question of giving direction by this Court. If any request is made by the petitioner before the Court concerned, the same shall be considered by the learned Additional District Munsif Court, Nagercoil on its own merits.

4. With the above observation, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
