ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 07.11.2017.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that based on the false promise given by one Mohamed Farook, the petitioner had invested a sum of Rs.2,20,000/- in the year 2013, with him. Subsequently, he has paid only Rs.45,000/-, but refused to return the balance amount of Rs.1,75,000/- and the same was demanded by the petitioner. The proposed accused criminally intimidated him and also abused filthy language. Hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 07.11.2017, but so far, no action has been taken. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has submitted that the complaint is still pending before the second respondent for enquiry.

any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the aforesaid directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
