For Intervenor : MR.D.SENTHIL, Advocate, IN BOTH THE PETITIONS PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 498A, 406, 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, in Crime No.3 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The first accused is the husband of the defacto complainant. Their marriage was solemnized on 01.12.2011. Thereafter, there was a matrimonial dispute between them. Accordingly, the defacto complainant made a complaint and the same was referred to the District Social Welfare Officer in the year 2014. The District Social Welfare Officer directed the parties to compromise the matter and if any issue arise in future, they are at liberty to approach the Social Welfare Officer seeking remedy. Thereafter, serious litigations were arisen between the first petitioner and the defacto complainant. Hence, the present complaint has been preferred by the defacto complainant.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted that the parties are ready to live together. 4.Considering the submission, since the issue involved in this case is a matrimonial dispute, the respondent is directed to refer the present case to the District Social Welfare Officer of the concerned District for amicable settlement.
