Heard Mr.R.G.Shankar Ganesh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Subbaraj, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2.

2. The present Writ Petition is filed challenging the order of the first respondent dated 21.12.2023 on the premise that the same is arbitrary, ultra vires, contrary to Sections 63(b), 54(1) of Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Act, 1959.

3. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the order impugned herein had been cancelled by the first respondent through his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3888-1/2023/A5 dated 19.02.202 and a copy of the same has also been produced before this Court. For better appreciation, the order dated 19.02.2024 is extracted as such:

4. In view of the same, no further adjudication required to be made in the Writ Petition, since the impugned order has already been cancelled by the first respondent.
