Respondent Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to set aside the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.414 of 2015 in S.C.No.52 of 2015 dated 16.07.2015 on the file of the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Paramakudi and set aside the same and grant the petitioner/accused permission to travel to abroad with certain conditions as may be imposed by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition for setting aside the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.414 of 2015 in S.C.No.52 of 2015 dated 16.07.2015 on the file of the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Paramakudi and also seeking permission to travel to abroad with certain conditions that may be imposed by this Court.

2. Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he is not pressing the prayer, but he sought for an earlier disposal of S.C.No.52 of 2015, since the crime number is of the year 1998.

4. Considering the representation made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, however a direction is given to the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Paramakudi to dispose of S.C.No.52 of 2015 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
