ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 22.04.2017.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, C.S.R.No.61 of 2015 has been issued and the enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed on 27.11.2017.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has not received any information with regard to the closure of her complaint.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to send information to the petitioner by RPAD with regard to the closure of the complaint, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.With the aforesaid direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy, which is available under the law.
