Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the first respondent. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the complaint received against the petitioner was enquired into and closed on 17.01.2022. There is no scope for revival of the said complaint.
