Further, S.No.68/8E2A and 68/8D1 are classified as pathway in revenue records and the petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of the 2/6
same with the right of pathway. While that being so, after subdivision, the necessary changes with respect to the above survey numbers were duly uploaded online except for the survey numbers 68/8D1 and 68/8E2A. Taking advantage of the same, one Rajakannu who was originally owning the above land, is trying to trespass into the pathway and the petitioner is also unable to complete some financial transactions relating to the property in question. Therefore, the petitioner has sent a representation dated 04.01.2024, for uploading the details of sub-division in the online registry. Since the said representation remains unattended till date, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition.
5.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 04.01.2024 will be disposed of in accordance with law by the second respondent, within the time stipulated by this Court.
6.In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 04.01.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law for uploading the sub-division details of the 3/6
survey numbers in question, within a period of four [4] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7.The Writ Petition stands disposed of, with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs. 29.01.2024 Index :Yes / No Internet : Yes / No NCC : Yes/No MR 4/6
