ORDER: The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that all the offences alleged are of a bailable nature.

3. Considering the submissions, the petitioners are directed to approach the respondent police and submit an application. In such a case, the respondent police shall consider granting station bail on the same day.
