ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for quashing the FIR in Crime No.849 of 2021 registered on the file of the first respondent.

2. The defacto complainant Karthikeya Narayanan is present in person before this Court. He has been duly identified by Thiru.K.Kumar, SSI, attached to S.S.Colony Police Station, Madurai City. The defacto complainant categorically states before this Court that he does not want to pursue the complaint. Since the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement, no purpose will be served in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P(MD)No.1521 of 2022 keeping the impugned prosecution alive. The parties have also filed a joint Compromise Memo. The impugned FIR is quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The Compromise Memo shall form part of the order.
