ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to transfer the investigation of the above said case in Crime No.2 of 2023 from the file of the third respondent Police to CBCID/4th respondent for further investigation and to file a final report before the concerned Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,25.01.2023), the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.

3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 25.01.2023 das 2/4
