Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SURESH KANNAN C, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22989 of 2022, dated 23.12.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

CRL MP(MD) No.1323 of 2023 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22989 of 2022, dated 23.12.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a month, ie., on the first Saturday of every English Calendar Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
