ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents to investigate and register the case on the complaint dated 14.07.2015 preferred by the petitioner and to file a final report within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint on 14.07.2015, but, the respondent has not registered a case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this application for a direction directing the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 14.07.2015.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit the second respondent has received the complaint of the petitioner dated 14.07.2015 and the same is pending in current paper.

5. As per the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(SC)], the second respondent shall conduct preliminary enquiry and register a case if any cognizable offence is made out.

6. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
