To prefer this memorandum of Second Appeal against the Judgment and Decree of the learned Additional Sub Judge, Tirunelveli, passed in A.S.No.73/96 dated 25th March 1999 reversing the judgment and decree of Principal District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli, passed in O.S.No.261/92 dated 26th June 1996.
