This petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.525 of 2013 on the file of the respondent within the time stipulated as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that the respondent police wants two months time to complete the investigation. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent is directed to expedite the investigation in Crime No.525 of 2013 and file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
