Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondents. 2.The petitioner is the de-facto complainant in Crime No.362 of 2021 registered on the file of the Devipattinam Police Station. 3.According to him, the case may also involve offences other than Section 304-A of IPC. I do not want to enter into the factual controversy. Suffice it to direct that the Jurisdictional Deputy Superintendent of Police will monitor the investigation. Final report shall be filed on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
