3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that petition enquiry is pending.

3. Considering the rival submission made on either side, the respondent is directed not to harass the petitioner by following the procedure contemplated under D.K.Basu Vs. State of West Bengal reported in AIR (1997) SC 610.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
