Alleging disobedience of the order passed in W.P.(MD).No.23016 of 2019, dated 01.11.2019, this Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD). No.23016 of 2019, dated 01.11.2019, the Government has issued an order in G.O.(Ms.)1D.No.188, School Education (SC1(2)) Department, dated 27.11.2020 and she has also produced the copy of the same before this Court. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he has not received the said order.
